Help a fellow adult from your community improve their reading, writing, and speaking skills for everyday life, family, employment, and education goals. Join our 50+ volunteers who make a lasting impact in our local community each year. We are always accepting new tutors.
How to Apply/Requirements
If you are at least 18 years old and can commit to tutor for 1.5 to 2 hours a week for about 6 months or longer, sign up for tutor training and you’ll be on your way to helping adults in your community improve their literacy skills. Basic technology skills are required, or a willingness to learn them: email, navigating web sites and online programs.
