Are there any requirements to join the adult literacy program?

The program is for native English speakers or English language learners who need to build basic skills. You must be willing to meet at least once a week for about 6 months or longer, and be able to make progress toward personal learning goals.

The tutoring program is open to Sutter County residents 18 and older, or 16 and older and not still enrolled in high school. No ID is required. Start anytime, whenever you’re ready. All classes are free!
